besides physical test normally, early detection on the condition of the body by using the image processing of iris is an alternative method to observe the health of human's body, especially the internal organ of the body. in this paper, some image processing methodes are used to enhance the quality of iris image so that the problem that happens in area of pancreas can be detected clearly. the problem is represented by the form of broken tissue in iris. by using genetic programming, this iris image will be used as an input of an artificial intelligence system in detecting the internal organ disorder. the result of this detecting will be compared with the insulin normally test
